I discovered this in the latest issue of ShortList magazine. Inspired by the nose art of WW2 planes, a group of graffiti artists have transformed a plane graveyard in the middle of the South-West US desert into an exhibition space. The Boneyard Project: Return Trip breathe some new life into these decommissioned planes, and the make over is quite impressive. I’m always intrigued by street graffiti art, not the kinda of stuff you see misspelt in standard black lettering on motorway flyovers, and this one of the best I’ve seen. It almost makes me want to go home and spray paint my car bonnet with a flaming skull!
